They stole $63 million dollars from us to build the Tempe Cesspool for the Arts. The 2006 Census estimates guess the City of Tempe has a population of 170,000. So that means every man, woman, and child in the city of Tempe had to pay $370 to build this stupid thing.
Do you think you got your $370 worth out of it. Well really those numbers are probably much lower then the cost actually will be. The city probably floated bonds to pay for the monstrosity and us taxpayers will be paying for it for many years.
