Circulating petitions to legalize marijuana

Me and the other Mike were at the Tempe Festival of the Arts both at the Fall 2013 Festival and the Spring 2014 Festival collecting signatures to legalize marijuana in Arizona.

Background Tempe Festival of the Arts

The royal rulers of Tempe who pretend NOT to put on the Festival of Arts have done the best they can to pretend that it is not put on by the city of Tempe so that the can ban a number of activities that would be constitutionally protected if the city of Tempe banned the activities.

It's put on by the city of Tempe - Nope, it's NOT put on by the city of Tempe

What the city of Tempe does is let MAMA, M.A.M.A. or the Mill Avenue Merchants Association put on the Tempe Festival of Arts.

MAMA is a private non-profit corporation so when they put on the Tempe Festival of the Arts they can ban all the constitutionally protected activities that would be illegal and unconstitutional for the city of Tempe to ban.

Another player in this game is DTC or Downtown Tempe Community. DTC is also a non-profit corporation just like MAMA.

And of course all the faces and name in DTC are pretty much the same as all the faces and names in MAMA.

MAMA, the city of Tempe - They are the same!!!!

Of course that is on paper. In reality MAMA and the city of Tempe are run by a huge number of the same people.

The members of the Tempe City Council are all members of MAMA.

MAMA bans private citizens from circulating petitions on Mill Avenue during the Tempe Festival of Arts.

Us serfs can't circulate petitions at the Festival of Arts

And because of that me and the other Mike would have been arrested if we circulated our petitions to legalize marijuana inside the Tempe Festival of Arts on Mill Avenue.

So instead me and the other Mike collected our signatures to legalize marijuana at the entrance to the Festival of Arts on the north end of Mill Avenue next to the light rail station.

Tempe Mayor Hugh Hallman can circulation petitions at the Festival of Arts

When the festival was almost over on Sunday afternoon me and the other Mike spotted former Tempe Mayor Hugh Hallman on Mill Avenue in the middle of the Tempe Festival of Arts collecting signatures to run for the Arizona State office of Treasurer.

A double standard - Serfs vs Royal Rulers

How nice, the former mayor of Tempe, Hugh Hallman is allowed to circulate his petitions to run for Arizona Treasurer on Mill Avenue inside the Tempe Festival of the Arts, while me and the other Mike would have been arrested if we tried to circulate our petitions to legalize marijuana on Mill Avenue inside the Tempe Festival of Arts.

Rain Baker said I wanted Hugh Hallman's autograph??? Rubbish!!!!

Anyhow me and the other Mike saw Rain Baker and her husband or boy friend John Hahn on Mill Avenue and when I mention that I shot a photo of Mayor Hugh Hallman illegally circulating his petitions to run for Treasurer, Rain made some silly comment that I wanted to get Mayor Hallman's autograph!!!

What rubbish.

I would love to do a lot of things to Mayor Hallman, all of then would would get me put in prison. And not one of them is to get his autograph.

Yea, that's the Rain Baker who runs CAMP420 in Arizona.

My Cool Animated GIF

I am sure the royal rulers of Tempe think it sucks!!!!
A perfect example of my love of the city of Tempe and Mayor Hallman is the cool animated gif which is on most of these web pages.

I probably made it 15 to 17 years ago when I was learning how to use GIMP, which at the time was pretty much a clone of PhotoShop.

I had a lot of fun making the animated gif.

The animated gif include several logos from the city of Tempe, intermixed with a Communist hammer and sickle, a Nazi swastika and a KKK hood. All which are symbols of government tyranny and racism. Something I think applies very well to the city of Tempe.

More on MAMA and corruption in Tempe government

I have not verified this information but I am pretty sure it is mostly correct.

According to newspaper articles MAMA, M.A.M.A. or the Mill Avenue Merchants Association owed the city of Tempe over $100,000 in money for police protection provided at the Tempe Festival of the Arts.

That is fact.

I think the figure was not just $100,000 but several hundred thousand dollars that MAMA owed the city of Tempe. Closer to a half a million dollars.

Since it would look bad if the city of Tempe allowed MAMA to continue hosting the Tempe Festival of Arts while MAMA owed the city of Tempe $100,000's of dollars I think the Tempe dumped MAMA and got a new reincarnated version of MAMA to host the Tempe Festival of Arts.

By new reincarnated version of MAMA, I mean a new non-profit corporation was created which was composed pretty much of the same people that MAMA was.

The only difference was this new version of MAMA, which was essentially the same old version of MAMA, with the only exception being is that the new reincarnated version of MAMA didn't owed the city of Tempe $100,000's of dollars.

And so the old MAMA no longer hosted the Tempe Festival of Arts, and the new MAMA was allowed to host the Tempe Festival of the Arts.

The new reincarnated MAMA???

Now I am not 100% positive about this, but I think the new re-incarnated version of MAMA is either the "Mill Avenue District" or the "Downtown Tempe Foundation", or probably both of them.

Of course all the players and faces in the "Mill Avenue District" and the "Downtown Tempe Foundation" are the same as the faces in MAMA and the DTC. The only difference is that "Mill Avenue District" or the "Downtown Tempe Foundation" doesn't owe the city of Tempe hundreds of thousands of dollars in money for police protection.

Now it's my personal opinion that the "Mill Avenue District" or the "Downtown Tempe Foundation" were just reincarnated version of MAMA and DTC created as a sham to get out of the problem of MAMA owing the city of Tempe hundreds of thousands of dollars in money for police protection.

No I don't like the Tempe Police any more then I like Hugh Hallman

Rain, please don't say I like the Tempe Police either.

I dislike them just as much as I dislike former Tempe Mayor Hugh Hallman.

In fact the first lawsuit I filed in Federal court suing pigs for false arrest was against Tempe Police officers James Jandreau and Sgt. Robert Mitchell.

And I am sorry, but the initial website I created about that law suit was deleted by the folks at Tripod.com. That website was:

http://bad_tempe_cop.tripod.com
I think Sgt. Robert Mitchell is the bother of current Tempe Mayor Mark Mitchell, and the son of former Tempe Mayor Harry Mitchell.

And I don't like Mark Mitchell or Harry Mitchell any better then I like Hugh Hallman.
